OUR STANDARDS

Clean is something you should be able to see.

  • Artist licenses and the latest studio inspection are displayed.
  • Reusable metal tools are cleaned, fully disinfected and stored separately from used tools.
  • Files, buffers, orangewood sticks and pedicure liners are single-use.
  • Stations, touch surfaces and pedicure basins are reset between guests.
BEFORE YOU BOOK

Clear policies keep the day calm.

Changes

24 hours’ notice; later changes may be charged 50%, and no-shows 100%.

Late arrival

A 10-minute grace period; later arrivals may require a shorter service or rescheduling.

Service concern

Send a photo within seven days for an eligible repair in the original color or design.

Health

Cosmetic services may be modified or declined over broken skin or a suspected infection.
